Antarctic winds...

teeth_wind.jpg

Yesterday I finished the book "In the teeth of the wind", by the Belgians Alain Hubert and Dixie Dansecour (well, yesterday I started it aswell...)
An amazing story of crossing the South Pole by feet... The journey took them 99 days and amazing strength and power.

I just couldn't stop reading.
There is nothing in the book but stories of their struggle and their pain, about the beauty of the nature, about trouble, no hope, and suddenly hope.
And achieving. Achieving what you wanted.

It makes us small in this universe...

One to read
