I am doing some research on a new project I have in mind.
Weegee came across.
His story is amazing: the guy installed a policeradio in the trunk of his car, so he knew what happened where. he was always the first one on the scene, and ready to take pictures.
Very often he arrived before the police even did.
He is called to be the first paparazzi ever.
His famous pictures are on murder scenes.
Worth to take a look...

Yes, indeed very interesting man.
I explored the site some while ago to.
I remember having a headache because I read his entire biography on the site itself instead of printing it. Because I never plan on reading the whole thing but at the end I always do when it`s interesting.
Btw, interesting article with Luc Delahaye in The Guardian a few days ago. A must read.
