SN delivered my luggage..

When we arrived yesterday morning, we heard the following news:
you luggage is still in Tel Aviv.
69 people didn't have their luggage.
Can you imagine one woman of the airport taking care of 69 people at 5 in the morning?
Don't...

So, I truly didn't care, at 5 in the morning. They could send me my stuff as long as I could give my address and drive home and sleep. -Things of course didn't happen that way, I could go straight away to work, when leaving the airport at 6.45-
But what worried me most was the fact that some expensive framed pictures were in the over-sized luggage. And how they would arrive in my place.

When today they delivered the frames, my fears became reality.
My picture is ruined. The frame is broken en scratched allover. More over, the picture is damaged very badly.
So in fact, I can just throw the whole thing...

(Writing a letter to SN Airlines now. A friendly woman on the customer service said they will take care of it.
I hope they do, since I spent so much time and money in making this piece...)
