Battle of Bastogne
Some interesting info on that famous battle of the Ardennes in the aftermath of a war...

Here is the description of the Battle of the Bulges according to wikipedia, with this interesting info: In numerical terms, it is the largest battle the United States Army has fought to date (76,890 Americans were killed).
