Belgium is not that bad... ;)
Just read 2 positive notes in a Belgian newspaper:
1. Belgians are richest citizens in the Eurozone
--> 1 Belgian in 4 has more than 50.000 Euro, without counting real estate etc. (I am wondering who those Belgians are, I guess they are our grandparents... Because young people don't have this money.)
2. Flanders is in top 5 of education, worldwide.
--> We seem to be champion in matematics, are in the top for solving problems, is second for reading (after Finland) and is fifth for science.
I wonder if 1. has to do with 2...
