Dennis Boeckx: internet criminal?
Recently I got some mails, wondering if I lived in the Lange Boomgaardstraat and if I knew a certain Dennis Boeckx.
For all those looking for him: he moved and nobody seems to find him.
Next to that, our house owners are looking for him too.
Seems he is a criminal and sells not existing stuff on e-bay or something alike.
I copy what I received:
'Naar ik heb begrepen bent u woonzaam in Gent op de Lange Boomgaardstraat.
Bent u dat niet dan verneem ik dat graag opdat ik u niet verder zal lastigvallen en bied ik u bij voorbaat mijn welgemeende excuses aan.
Hoewel het voor u vervelend (en voor mij beschamend) is dat ik dit vraag, wil ik u vragen of u mij iets meer info zou kunnen geven over een verdachte in een serie mogelijke oplichtingen die vrijwel naast u zou kunnen wonen/verblijven.
Mijn vraag is of er op nummer 3D een bedrijf of soortgelijk iets gevestigd is, of dat dit een normaal woonhuis is. Tevens zou ik graag danwel bedrijfsnaam, danwel naam bij de deurbel willen ontvangen.
Wij zijn namelijk inmiddels met meerdere Nederlanders op zoek naar ene Dennis Boeckx(-Willems?) die mogelijk op dit adres woonachtig is of hier vandaan handelt.
Zodra wij voldoende aanknopingspunten hebben is voor ons de kans bij de politie in Nederland groter. Daarom proberen wij nu eerst via enkele omwegen zoveel mogelijk verdere informatie te verzamelen.

(And yes, there is a business address in L Boomgaardstraat: Matuvu. It is mine and tt has no link whatsoever with Dennis.)
