As already told, I am part of the frequent flyer program of SN Airlines.
I subscribed for their SMS news last month.
I didn't expect to be spammed all over (since January 1st, I guess I have been receiving each hour like 10 smsses...)
I had to call them and was pretty pissed off (Imagine each 10 minutes an SMS arriving and filling up your mailbox)
Seems it was a huge technical problem, and they just smssed me, saying I receive 5000! extra miles.
That, dear gents and girlzzz, is a one way ticket in Europe...
That's what I call customer support!
(PS: Become a Privilege member yourself. Or find yourself someone with some miles on his/her account and try to get some through their transfer system.)
(PPS: I have to admit, Movable Types Support system is not bad at all either. Thank you Maarten for solving my problem!)
