L Word represents 33% of ShowTimes online traffic

"L Word" Drives One-Third Of Sho.com Traffic .:

The "L Word" may be Showtime's breakout online hit, the one that actually gets people to remember that the domain is
Sho.com, not showtime.com. In the weeks since the drama about lesbian love and lust returned for its third season, the show has been responsible for more than one third of the site's traffic. That digital activity helped get the show an early pickup for a fourth season, Robert Greenblatt, who heads Showtime, told the Hollywood Reporter.
"L World" digital offerings include "deleted" scenes, podcasts, a fanisode, video clips, set tours, character icons for IM. It's also a good example of targeted advertising -- jewelry inspired by the show, PlanetOut personals and the new Mercedes R-class featured this season.

So when does it go to iTunes?

tx Peter [yep, I think there are actually more guys watching that series than girlzzz.]
