I really expected other adsense keywords...strange strange! SEO, webdesign or usability would make more sense to me.

It seems to be an example of "class action" or "mass tort": lawyers search for as many victims of asbestos as possible, so they can 'represent' them and get a (big) slice of any damages paid. Paying $54 for a lead that can bring in thousands of $ must make sense.
