Looking for a roommate
I am looking for a roommate to live with.
The perfect person is 25-35 years old, open-minded, design-minded and has a job to attend.
(And by preference not too many furniture to take along since, well, space is limited and we like to keep it 'postmodern' ;) )
We found ourselves a great apartment in the centre of town, with huge windows and a nice park in the back.
Available from September onwards.
We'll be 3.

@Pietel: I guess my roommate prefers ladies (because they make less of a mess), but I couldn't care: male, female, gay, straight... We prefer a working person, because, well, I work at home, and with 2 people all the time at home, the apartment might be 'filled'
Price: 330 euro without costs. 380 with we presume.
In return: a nice new 3 bedroom duplex-apartment, 2 terraces, nice living room, view on a future park, parking for the car + for bicycle. Quiet area.
