The Bank, episode 2466
Just came back from the bank, and my suspicion is right...
4.02 fixed, on 25 years. That's the percentage I get today.
Rising mortgages, banks annoucning rising percentages??
They are going down ladies and gentlemen...
(Actually on 20 years they dropped a whole lot.)
