I own something
Oh yes, I own computer and a motorcycle and a little bit more, but actually that was worth a lot.
Nothing really worth a penny, no big things.
My apartment contains 2 seats, a sofa, a carpet, a bed, and a computer-table. And the computer. A camera. And some clothes.
Oh and the motorcycle. Already mentioned that one.
That's it.
Until today.
I bought an apartment.
I signed at the notary. -I really did... me the one afraid of commitments.-
It lies in the middle of historic Ghent. It's really small.
But it's mine.
-or it will be in 25 years...-
Wallah... Who would ever imagined this...
I must be an adult now...

I can think of a couple more things that would make you a complete adult, although I don't think you could really 'own' those.
Posted by stijn v. | October 26, 2006 9:03 PMI'm jealous! But at saturday I'm going to check out a mansion in the centre of Antwerp!
Oh, and the funny thing is, I don't own a car, neither a computer or printer, scanner, mouse, dishwasher, washing mashine,...
I just don't like to own much things 'cause it's hard to move stuff around :)
FYI: No, I don't live my parents.
Posted by Bart | October 26, 2006 9:04 PMCongratulations from Px.
A really big step, but a decent step.
I'll be next ;)
Say Hi to Mr Boedha next week…
