Bio-rythm totally messed up
I know some amongst you say that after 4 days all should be ok again, but how comes I fall asleep at 6PM -and really can't keep my eyes open unless I hold the eye lashes up- and I wake up at 4AM...
It is 8.46 Am and I am totally broken... Snif.
Reminder for myself: next time, don't go partying until the morning. Apparently such thing doesn't help your bio-rythm...
