Diversity: good work has no color

I have a company but only one employee: me.

If I would have a big company the diversity agreement is something I'd integrate immediately.
When working in de past for a major interim company, I was stunned to see how many of our clients weren't willing to accept foreigners/immigrants.

But diversity is more than colour, it is about taste, about age..

Don't you love walking in the streets and seeing all this diversity of people enriching our culture, expanding our views?
Don't hesitate to sign the Diversity Agreement for employers if you are one thinking alike. Because giving a sign, speaking out is the best one can do.
If you are interested in integrating a good diversity management, then check Alain the diversitymanager's site.

Easier said than done.

I beg you, please try to find a diverse crowd of webdevelopers. They're all male, white, twenty-something.

The others (like you) are self-employed ;)

you are right indeed. but the willingness is more important than the availability...
in many cases there is availability but no willingness...
