This is the next Christmas present for my grandmother: A virtual Debit Card from PayPal.

So she can go and shop on eBay as much as she wants...

This is great news! But not really new. Loads of other American banks offer "disposable credit card numbers" as well.

No Belgian banks offer this service (they give a damn about good service), maybe Citybank is an exception, but didn't doublecheck.

I'm still waiting for a real Paypal credit card which I can use offline.
